This was another project with Quadra in the Yorkson area. The area has now become synonymous with condos that have Lumon ‘Solariums’. This was the first project that featured full height glass on the ground floor.

This development in Rockland has the backside units opening up to face a magnificent golf course. The balconies are also great in size, each one sizing to 5.5m x 2.5m. Transferring the outside spaces to be usable, the residents of the home have really made the facade of the building come alive

This was the first two phase project with Mattamy Homes. The first phase was completed in 2019 and the second phase was completed in 2020.

First multi-family development to include Lumon in the City of Abbotsford. Abbotsford was an early adapter of the Lumon concept and was one of the first cities in the GVA to exclude the system from the FSR calculation.

This was the Quadra’s second project to include Lumon balcony enclosures. It was on this project that the developer started to include Lumon on selected units on the building. Since this project, Lumon has been included in all projects with this developer.

This was the first project in the City of Langley. This was the first project for Lumon with Focus Architecture. Since this project, Focus has included Lumon on upcoming projects for Hayer Builders and Diverse Properties.

Our collaboration with Bianco Developments on this project marked an important milestone for Lumon as it was our first project with thm. Whether it’s our first project together or our tenth, we always prioritize close communication and collaboration with our customers to ensure their complete satisfaction.
