Located at 1734 Bow Valley Trail, this stunning new construction will feature 92 suites equipped with Lumon’s Postless Railings, Retractable Glazing and innovative Full-Height Glazing Retractable systems, offering residents seamless year-round connection to the outdoors.
Designed by METAFOR Architecture and built by Bird Construction Group, Rundle Park will combine spa-style living—complete with infinity pools, saunas, and panoramic Rocky Mountain views—with the flexibility of short-term rental opportunities. Completion is expected in 2026, and we’re proud to see Lumon helping shape such an extraordinary resort experience in the heart of Alberta.
