This project immediately attracts attention with its clean, geometric form and elegant façade featuring large glass surfaces. At its highest point, the building reaches 55 metres, becoming a new landmark in the skyline of Mokotów and the largest project ever completed by the cooperative.

Lazurova Concept is a modern residential complex located at 16 Narwik Street in Warsaw’s Bemowo district. The project was developed by Marvipol Development and completed in the first quarter of 2023. 

Puławska 186 is a modern residential building located in the prestigious Mokotów district in Warsaw. The investment, carried out by Matexi Polska, was completed in Q4 2021 and offers residents comfortable living conditions in an attractive location. The building consists of 17 above-ground floors and 4 underground levels, housing over 200 residential units and three commercial premises.

Plaza Pasing is located in a lively, urban environment with a high volume of traffic. In order to provide the residents with peace and relaxation despite the central location in the city hub of Munich, reliable sound insulation was essential. At the same time, the balcony solution needed to create additional space without compromising on the aesthetics of the building.

In the newly constructed Gregers Kvartal project at Løren in Oslo, six modern residential buildings, a preschool, and commercial spaces have transformed an older urban area into a vibrant, contemporary part of the city.

Housing association Loviisa’s Lippulaiva (Flagship) in southern Finland is a unique apartment building project that represents a new way of constructing wooden apartment buildings. Pre-fabricated spatial elements were assembled on-site in Loviisa into a stylish apartment building. All 35 apartments in the building, completed in 2023, offer unobstructed views of the sea, and the overall design is crowned by glazed balconies with stunning maritime views. Lumon supplied silk-printed balcony railings and glass, as well as blinds.

The Flisac Apartments project in Powiśle in Poland represents a perfect blend of modern architecture, elegance, and an exceptional location in Warsaw’s Powiśle district, right by the Vistula River. With its inspiring proximity to nature, access to cultural hubs, and a rapidly developing environment, Flisac has become one of the most desirable residential spots in the capital.

Lumon equipped the tallest residential building in the athletes’ village of Saint-Denis with balcony glazing. 90 balconies and 582 glazing panels have been installed on the striking building.
