The new Lumon Roof product family
The new Lumon Roof collection offers three options for different styles, from a minimalist flat roof to a more classic look. All Lumon Roof models share a stylish, finished design and a safe aluminum frame structure. Combined with Lumon’s sliding or retractable glazing, Lumon Roof products create a functional and elegant extension to your home or holiday property, usable almost all year round.
Lumon Roof Serene
Lumon Roof Serene offers a light and minimalist option without eaves. The sleek design creates a light and airy impression, ideal for those who appreciate a minimalist style
Lumon Roof Classic
The Lumon Roof Classic is a timeless roof model with side and front eaves that brings a traditional and elegant look to the glass enclosure, complementing classic and traditional architecture.
Lumon Roof Even
Lumon Roof Even is a modern flat roof that completes the minimalist and clean-lined look of a building’s architecture. A hidden roof slope directs water off the roof.
The framework
All Lumon Roof products have been designed to withstand even high winds, different climate environments, and snow loeads offering multiple options depending on the specific needs of each project. The terrace framework is always individually designed and tailored according to each property’s and its environment’s needs.
The framework’s posts are placed in the corners of the terrace. As the span increases side posts are added to carry the front beam. The posts supporting the rear beam are placed next to the wall. All the aluminium profiles are polyester powder coated.
The Lumon Roof
The roof glass must be divided, in case the depth of the roof is more than 4000mm. The Glass panes form a butt joint with a seal in between the panes. Roof glass consists of at least 8mm toughened glass. Glass edges are rough-cut.
The standard colours for aluminium profiles are:
- White RAL9016
- Light grey RAL9006
- Dark grey RAL7024
EPDM-rubber seals are used between the glass roof and wall of the house
Flashings are manufactured of plastic coated steel sheets, available in RR colours
Roof accessories
All Lumon Roofs can be fitted with integrated sun blinds and led-lightning including power supply unit and led-strips. The blinds are available in white or gray fabric colors. Snowguards are also available.
