What are the products that Lumon provides?

1. Lumon Retractable Glazing (LGR): Panels can be opened one at a time or staggered to allow for just the right amount of airflow. Panels slide individually along the track, retracting inwards or outwards at the end and stacking together.

2. Lumon Sliding Glazing (LGS): Maximizes space for events, relaxing, and activities. Operates with one sliding motion. Panels slide along the lower track, with each panel following the next. Panels rest together on the end of the track.

3. Lumon Glass Roof: Lumon’s non-retractable glass roof is a snow-load-tested solution that adds year-round protection and elegance to any outdoor space.

What is the process of becoming a dealer?

Once you submit the form above, our Account Manager will set up an appointment to discuss more about becoming a Lumon dealer and outline the next steps to get you going as soon as possible. Generally, it would be possible for you to be up and running in a few weeks.

What is the price of a glass wall?

Lumon’s pricing is done through the sales portal and is based on product selections, designs, and size of each order. Average material costs are typically USD$200-400/linear foot.

How do I receive sales, designing and installation support?

Your Lumon Account Manager will be your main support. They will assist with sales techniques for our products and coach you on the Lumon sales process. Our Account Managers also provide systems and technical support for any questions your team may receive. Lumon’s proprietary CRM and design software allows users to create a 3D rendering, adjust measurements, change product selections, and price accordingly.

What is Lumon’s warranty? How does the customer register?

5 years on materials and 2 years on labor. Lumon customers automatically have the warranty activated upon the completion of an installation by the certified dealer. For warranty activation, full installation address must be provided in the ordering portal.

Lumon also offers an industry leading 20 year parts guarantee from project completion for functional and safety related components.

Is Lumon certified?

Yes, Lumon’s products have been extensively tested & certified in Canada & Europe. We are currently working on taking the testing data and applying for relevant US certifications.

Do tariffs apply to Lumon’s glass?

Even though our glass walls are manufactured near Toronto, we use mainly Canadian & American sourced materials & labor, resulting in tariff exemption under USMCA.

Where are Lumon Showroom(s) located?

Lumon’s main showroom is located at our factory in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. An additional showroom is at our Lumon office in Langley, British Columbia. Dealers and prospective dealers are recommended to schedule a visit and book a tour of our facilities.
