Housing association Loviisa’s Lippulaiva (Flagship) in southern Finland is a unique apartment building project that represents a new way of constructing wooden apartment buildings. Pre-fabricated spatial elements were assembled on-site in Loviisa into a stylish apartment building. All 35 apartments in the building, completed in 2023, offer unobstructed views of the sea, and the overall design is crowned by glazed balconies with stunning maritime views. Lumon supplied silk-printed balcony railings and glass, as well as blinds.

The Flisac Apartments project in Powiśle in Poland represents a perfect blend of modern architecture, elegance, and an exceptional location in Warsaw’s Powiśle district, right by the Vistula River. With its inspiring proximity to nature, access to cultural hubs, and a rapidly developing environment, Flisac has become one of the most desirable residential spots in the capital.

Lumon equipped the tallest residential building in the athletes’ village of Saint-Denis with balcony glazing. 90 balconies and 582 glazing panels have been installed on the striking building.

Rotunda Dynasy is a modern development located in the historic heart of Warsaw’s Powiśle district, blending innovation with tradition. The building draws inspiration from the original 19th-century rotunda structure, whose elegant form and symmetrical lines shaped the character of the area.

The “Am Vogelsang” new-build in Stuttgart features 152 apartments and six commercial units built on the former site of Stuttgarter Straßenbahnen AG between 2019 and 2023.

Once again, Lumon has partnered with the renowned Spanish architectural firm Peris + Toral Arquitectes to complete the breathtaking architectural marvel ‘El Masnou,’ perched on the scenic hills of Barcelona. This collaboration is part of a longstanding relationship between Lumon and the architectural firm, with both parties continually highlighting the transformative benefits that glazing brings to both current and future projects.

At Lumon, we are proud to collaborate with projects which challenge the limits of contemporary architecture and promote sustainability. One such project is the recently completed Raw Rooms – Casas de Tierra, a collective housing initiative on the lively island Ibiza. The project brings together functionality with mediterranean simplicity and effortlessness.
