[PROJECTS] Wola Skwer – an investment in the heart of Warsaw’s Wola district
Wola Skwer is a residential development that seamlessly blends with the rapidly evolving nature of Warsaw’s Wola district. Distinguished by its modern architecture and prime location, it offers easy access to urban infrastructure, green spaces, and excellent transport links.
The facade features a light color palette with beige and gray accents, giving the building a contemporary look. Glass-enclosed loggias add a touch of lightness and highlight the urban aesthetic.
Residents benefit from comprehensive urban infrastructure, including nearby tram stops, schools, kindergartens, shops, and recreational areas like Moczydło Park.
As part of this project, Lumon supplied 1,253 m² of glazing and 956 glass panels, which contributed to the construction of 106 balconies.
The glazing solutions perfectly complement the functional and modern character of the estate. Loggias with glass panels not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also provide protection from noise and weather, significantly increasing residents’ comfort. These solutions make the balconies usable year-round.
