Lumon Annual review 2025: International growth, new strategy and sustainability milestones

Lumon publishes Annual review 2025

Lumon Group has published its Annual review 2025, highlighting a year of resilience, strategic renewal, and continued international growth despite challenging market conditions.

In 2025, Lumon maintained stable revenue at EUR 159 million while strengthening its position as the global leader in balcony and terrace glazing solutions. Growth was driven particularly by international markets, with Spain continuing its strong development and North America expanding through strategic partnerships and dealer network growth.

“Our international footprint once again proved its value in a challenging market environment. At the same time, we strengthened our operational efficiency, invested in customer experience, and laid the foundation for future growth through our renewed strategy and brand development,” says Jussi Kinnunen, CEO of Lumon Group.

New strategy and brand direction

A major milestone of the year was the launch of Lumon’s new strategy for 2025–2030: Brand excellence through superior offering and customer experience, driven by engaged people with a global perspective.

As part of this work, Lumon clarified its purpose, vision and values while introducing a renewed visual identity. The company continues its transformation toward becoming a more design-led, customer-focused and internationally recognized lifestyle brand.

Strong customer and employee satisfaction

Customer satisfaction remained at an excellent level, with a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 68. Employee engagement also continued to strengthen, reaching an eNPS of 55.

Throughout the year, Lumon invested in digital tools and customer experience development. New innovations included the launch of Lumonizer, an AI-powered visualization tool that helps customers envision glazed terrace solutions, as well as the introduction of the new Lumon Roof product family.

Sustainability milestone: Carbon-neutral production units

One of the most significant achievements of 2025 was reaching net zero Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions in Lumon’s production units. This milestone was achieved through the use of carbon-neutral electricity, electrification of production operations, and targeted energy-efficiency investments. During the year, solar panels were commissioned at the Kouvola production facility, further supporting Lumon’s environmental goals.

Lumon also continued advancing circularity by increasing recycling initiatives for aluminium and glass, improving supply chain sustainability requirements, and developing low-carbon material solutions for future products.

Expanding the Lumon ecosystem

During the year, Lumon further developed its business structure and complementary services:

  • Visor introduced a renewed strategy focused on supporting future growth and customer value. (https://visorblinds.com/)
  • Balkonser completed its first full fiscal year as part of Lumon Group, strengthening lifecycle services and maintenance capabilities. (https://balkonser.fi/)
