Rotunda Dynasy is a modern development located in the historic heart of Warsaw’s Powiśle district, blending innovation with tradition. The building draws inspiration from the original 19th-century rotunda structure, whose elegant form and symmetrical lines shaped the character of the area.
The contemporary design incorporates classical architectural principles while introducing new technologies and materials such as architectural concrete, glass, and stainless steel, creating a cohesive dialogue between past and present.
A key feature of this project is its panoramic glazing, which provides natural light access and emphasizes the openness of the space, allowing residents to connect with their surroundings. These solutions were provided by Lumon, a specialist in balcony glazing, which enhances the building’s modern character.
