Am Vogelsang in Stuttgart, Germany
The “Am Vogelsang” new-build in Stuttgart features 152 apartments and six commercial units built on the former site of Stuttgarter Straßenbahnen AG between 2019 and 2023.
The largest building is located directly next to the subway railroad tracks, where special construction measures were necessary to meet the noise protection requirements. For this reason, balconies facing the tracks were fitted with a Lumon balcony façade, creating an elegant and unified appearance to admire when setting off or returning from travels.
