Raw Rooms – Casas de Tierra in Ibiza, Spain
At Lumon, we are proud to collaborate with projects which challenge the limits of contemporary architecture and promote sustainability. One such project is the recently completed Raw Rooms – Casas de Tierra, a collective housing initiative on the lively island Ibiza. The project brings together functionality with mediterranean simplicity and effortlessness.
Project details
The project was developed in collaboration with the renowned architectural firm Peris + Toral Arquitectes. The residential complex features 42 Lumon glazed terraces, which are seamlessly integrated into the architectural design, allowing residents to enjoy exceptional panoramic views while maximizing the entry of natural light into their homes. With a total of 126 glass panels covering an area of 208 m², the glazed terraces not only enhance the aesthetics of the project, but also provide functionality and comfort to the residents.
Raw Rooms – Casas de Tierra named finalist in prestigious CSCAE Architecture Awards for Innovation and Sustainability
The project has also been recognized as a finalist in the prestigious CSCAE Architecture Awards, highlighting its excellence in design and commitment to innovation and sustainability. The CSCAE Architecture Awards are prestigious awards presented by the Consejo Superior de los Colegios de Arquitectos de España (CSCAE), the governing body of architects in Spain.
