18.2.2025 – Lumon has implemented the first solar energy-collecting balcony railing in a renovation project in Lahti, Finland. Puławska 186 is a modern residential building located in the prestigious Mokotów district in Warsaw. The investment, carried out by Matexi Polska, was completed in Q4 2021 and offers residents comfortable living conditions in an attractive location. The building consists of 17 above-ground floors and 4 underground levels, housing over 200 residential units and three commercial premises.
