[NEWS] Lumon publishes Annual Review 2024: Strengthening foundations for the future
Lumon Group has published its Annual Review 2024, showcasing a year marked by resilience, strategic investments, and a strong commitment to sustainability.
Despite continued uncertainty in the global economy and a slowdown in residential construction, Lumon recorded revenue of €149 million and completed 480 large-scale projects worldwide. Highlights include over 34,000 glazed balconies and terraces, entry into the high-rise segment in North America, and the first renovation project featuring Lumon’s innovative solar-integrated eRailing solution.
“2024 was not a year of growth, but it was a year of building,” says CEO Jussi Kinnunen. “We focused on strengthening our core business, expanding responsibly, and preparing for future growth.”
The Annual Review also introduces Lumon’s new 2025–2030 strategy, which emphasizes brand excellence through superior offering and customer experience, driven by engaged people with a global perspective.
Sustainability remained a central theme throughout 2024. Lumon factories operated entirely on CO₂-free electricity, and the company made significant progress toward its goal of reaching net zero for Scope 1 and 2 emissions from production by the end of 2025. Employee and customer satisfaction scores remained high, with an eNPS of 53 and an NPS of 70.4.
“We are proud of the progress we’ve made, from ESG advances to strategic market moves,” Kinnunen continues. “Our Annual Review 2024 reflects not just what we achieved, but how we are building a better future for our customers, our people, and our planet.”
