How Lumon Canada is Working To Keep You & Your Family Safe

In light of the continued spread of COVID-19 and more recently, the ‘global pandemic’ declaration by the World Health Organization, we at Lumon Canada have been taking various precautionary measures and adjusting our operations to ensure the health and safety of our employees, clients, families and the greater community. We will continue to do so as the situation changes.

Lumon Canada's mission is better homes, and our aim is to be the best and most desired as a partner in home improvement and a reputable employer. The current COVID-19 situation provides an opportunity to put our commitment to both ourselves and our customers in perspective, as we continue to drive toward providing an excellent living space with world-class quality products and installation services.

In response to recent events, we have enhanced our office hygiene efforts and put policies in place for business and personal travel, events and meetings. We intend to continue to reach out to our customers by using more remote methods of communication such as telephone, email and video chat, among other methods of communication. We will also be using our mobile showrooms while practicing safe social distancing protocols by not shaking hands and keeping a distance of two meters as recommended by Canadian health officials. Also, our installation teams will mostly be working outdoors and will not need to make personal contact with those who receive our services.

As of March 19th, our showrooms will be closed to the general public but will be available by appointment only. The showrooms will be sanitized before and after each showroom visit to ensure that we our maintaining a safe environment for both our customers and employees.

As of May 26th, our Vaughan showroom will be open to the public while still maintaining sanitation and  personal safety practices for both our employees and our customers as recommended by Canadian health officials.

Our unique “work at home” business model enables us to offer uninterrupted support to our clients in unprecedented times like this, ensuring we can continue to offer the high-quality service we always strive to give.

We will continue to provide our employees with the most up-to-date health and safety procedures as outlined by the Public Health Agency of Canada, Ontario Health Agency and our local public health authorities.

As we all continue to monitor the impact and progress of the COVID-19 pandemic, know that our thoughts are with everyone whose lives and businesses have been affected to date.
